Energy Efficient Construction
Energy efficient homes have more consistent temperatures, greater durability , and higher long-term value.
Every home we build exceeds energy efficiency standards and delivers better performance, greater comfort, and lower utility bills.
Our homes are at least 15% more energy efficient than homes built to the International Residential Codes, and include additional energy saving features that typically make them 20% more efficient. Our homes deliver better protection against cold, heat, drafts, moisture, pollution, and noise than standard/production homes.
